About
Breaking the Cycle is a five-week therapeutic group for adults who want to understand and shift repeating patterns rooted in generational trauma. Together, we’ll explore how cycles are formed, how they show up in relationships, self-worth, boundaries, and coping, and how to begin creating new pathways grounded in choice, clarity, and self-trust. This psychoeducational group offers a supportive, non-judgmental space to build insight, strengthen emotional regulation, and reconnect with your inner resilience. Through guided reflection, psychoeducation, and empowerment-focused practices, you’ll develop tools to interrupt inherited narratives and move toward healing that feels sustainable and aligned. You’ll leave with greater self-understanding, practical strategies for change, and a deeper sense of agency—so you can move forward with intention, compassion, and empowerment. First group session is a three hour, in person, workshop. Each group following the first group is one hour each. This can be facilitated in person or online.
